Vacuum Trimmer
How do i train my kitty (8 wks old) to not go outside? He is not declawed, but claws are trimmed.?
We clip his nails with special kitty clippers. When he has tried sneaking out I sprayed him, which was ineffective, and then vacuumed the carpet infront the door to freak him out a bit of going close to it. It did not work.
tap him on the nose. Tapping cats on the nose is one of the most effective ways to get a message of unacceptable behavior over with a cat. They will not be happy, but they will learn what they did was not ok and forgive you eventually.
Also how can he get outside? is your door always open or is there a opening for him to get out? because make sure that he can never have a open oppourtunity to get outside if you want him to become a indoor cat.
