Sniper Stance Against Acne by Wiwit Handa
Nobody likes to have acne. Fighting against acne is something most of us spend quite a bit of time doing. People spend lots of money on acne fighting products in the hopes of having better skin. Sadly, for many people, acne issues are not limited to the years spent in puberty. Some people spend their whole life battling acne and pimples. Try using some of these tips if you are tired of having to deal with acne more often than you want to.
You should take steps to keep your hair from falling in your face.
As the day goes on, hair follicles produce oil and that oil gets transferred to and works its way through your hair. Bangs are especially troublesome oil spreaders for people with acne problems so, if you want to keep your pores oil free, either grow your bangs out or keep them pulled back. Yes having long hair and bangs is fun, but preventing breakouts means keeping that long hair and those bangs off of your face. There are lots of ways to keep your hair off of your face and still be stylish: braids, ponytails, headbands, clips, etc. Your face will thank you!
Try not to let your hands touch your face. Most of us don’t realize just how often we touch our faces during the day. Touching our faces is one of the reasons that pimples keep coming back. Think about this. Whenever you touch something and then, later, touch your face, it is sort of like rubbing that object into your pores. When rest your face in your hands, the oil from your hands is transferred to your face and clogs the pores. Your face is a prime entry location for germs which is why touching your face is one of the ways that the flu is transmitted from others to you: you touch something that has been touched by a sick person and then touch your face: viola! you have the flu! Keep your hands away from your face!
Keeping your hands clean is a must if you can’t make yourself stop touching your face. Washing your hands often can help combat acne.
Natural acne remedies are another option if you suffer from breakouts. Some people swear by treating zits with toothpaste. An overnight spot treatment of toothpaste on a zit might cure it. In the morning you will find that your pimple has shrunk quite a lot (this method is bad if you have pets who might be tempted to taste the toothpaste because doing that could make them ill). Egg whites are also supposed to be fantastic cleansers and pimple reducers. The best way to treat acne with egg whites is to use a q-tip to dab some of your mixture directly onto your pimples, though you could also use the egg whites to make a mask. Acne can be caused by a wide variety of things. It is important that you understand that you are not the only person who has acne issues–the type or extremity of your breakout is irrelevant. Acne does not discriminate against age: everyone suffers from it at some point. There are all sorts of cures and aids to help people fight against a breakout or acne problem. You might be able to cure it with a good over the counter facial cleanser. You might need the help of a doctor. Just keep exploring solutions and eventually you will cure your acne!
