How do I get the closest shave possible?
The most important step in men’s shaving is to wet shave. I suggest taking a hot steamy shower and then shaving while the steam is still there. If you do this, you’ll notice a smoother and closer shave. While shaving be sure to keep your face really wet with warm water. Rinse your razor after every stroke. For the closest shave possible, exfoliate your skin before you shave. It will lift up your Facial Hair so your razor will cut off most of it. To get extreme closeness, male models use this technique.

What kind of shaving cream should I use for max results?
The best men’s shaving creams are glycerin-based. Check the ingredients. I don’t recommend foam. For a really deep lather, use a classic Shaving Brush. That’s right, go old-school. You’ll notice a noticeably closer and more comfortable shave immediately.
Will shaving daily make my hair grow thicker?
This is a wide-spread myth in men’s grooming…And a lot of men believe it. Scientifically speaking, hair is dead. It doesn’t grow back thicker the more you shave…Although it appears this way when you shave daily because you aren’t shaving properly. Hair closer to the root is thicker. If you shave daily, you’re not getting a close shave because your razor isn’t getting close enough to the root of the hair… The thickest part of your hair strand. Imagine hair that hasn’t been cut in a week. It’ll stand taller and upright giving you a closer shave. So if you don’t want this thickness appearance from shaving daily, be sure to shave after a shower and exfoliate immediately before shaving. This secret is pure gold when it comes to men’s shaving.
